How Air Conditioning Works
Air conditioners work on basically the same principle as the cooling units of
kitchen refrigerators. A refrigerant extracts heat from the space to be cooled
and dissipates it outside. An air conditioner also has the added benefit of
reducing the humidity in the air creating a more comfortable enviroment.
